I never really had what would be considered a healthy relationship with food. Sure, I tried, but in the end life usually got in the way as it does. If it was quick and not directly fast food, it was good enough for me. But the convenience meals tend to take a bigger toll on aging, slowing metabolisms so I really felt the brunt of their effects.
After trying (and failing!) to stick to all of the various fad diets I knew I needed to take a step back and see what was going right and what was going wrong. I started to piece together elements from each one to create a lifestyle shift for myself and guess what?? It finally all clicked into place.
So now I love to learn about and test different diets and health trends, and share my thoughts on them with anyone who wants to listen!
